THE PRAWN STAR
The Prawn Star swung open its doors at 21 Duxton Hill on 21 November last year. We’re all about fresh seafood and cooking them in the most delicious way possible – over Japanese bincho-tan charcoal grills. Our Australian-inspired modern tze char menu has a loyal following – All-Hands-On-Deck Platter with lobster, king prawns, clams and mussels are cooked in our signature kimchi-miso butter. Other favorites are Sriracha Caramel Popcorn, Back-To-School Prawns and Moreton Bay Bugs in black pepper sauce.
