HOT CHEF: GINGER WHITE WINE SALMON

GINGER WHITE WINE SALMON

Recipe by: Bill Ho of 8 cafe & bar

Ingredients:

150 -180g of Salmon

1tbs ginger

1tbs garlic

pinch of chilli paid

pinch of chopped curry leave

40ml of white wine

80-90ml of cream

mushrooms

broccoli and carrots

bamboo leafs or baking paper

Preparation:

pour all the ingredients into the bowl of cream and mixed them together

place the fish onto the aluminium foil with the skin side down

add the vegetables on top of it

pour the cream mix onto the salmon

wrap the fish and cook it in the oven at 180° for 12-15 mins

serve salmon on a plate with vegetables and pour the remaining cream on top of it
